Question: How to change content on Link account page

When "Accounts linking" is enabled and if a user trying to login with social media who do not have an existing account then the account linking page with this message

You're now signed in with your Google account but you are still one step away of getting into our website.

and account linking button is shown to him.

How can we change the content of this page? I want to change the message and add another URL on this page. I tried to find a hook but unable to find it. can you please help?
