[npmlock2nix](https://github.com/nix-community/npmlock2nix)? or [nix-npm-buildpackage](https://github.com/serokell/nix-npm-buildpackage)? these use package-lock.json, generate one derivation per module (tgz file), and run `npm install` with a patched package-lock.json

i fixed my customSplitting regex now manualChunks and chunkSplitPlugin give the same result
