Downloading from torrent can easily lead to VPS ban from most providers. The configs are changed based on official docs

Sniffing should be enabled for bittorrent blocking rule to be applied.

Doesn't sniffing make the connection slower?

I haven't actually measured performance or anything but yeah I think it does. On the client side it should be negligible though.
