I'd like to propose an additional section in the manual for "intoducing multilanguage markup".

Like <html lang="[[++cultureKey]]" xml:lang="[[++cultureKey]]" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> or rel=”alternate” hreflang=”x”

Just to push ppl into the right direction of they are beginning with multilanguage setups. Besser results -> more happy with MODX.
