Plot synteny blocks

Hi all,

Thanks for having develop these tools. I have run on test of synteny between 2 species with on chromosome-scaled reference genome and one more fragmented draft genome. I have aligned it with SibeliaZ and run maf2synteny that successfully ran. Is there some scripts to make circa plots from the output of maf2synteny (I guess taking as input the block_coords.txt) ?

Hi Pierre,

We don't have any automatic scripts read for that, unfortunately. Maybe @iminkin does?
