Support for table prefixes

@henriknorberg sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

I do not wish to add to the complexity of this module by supporting table prefixes.

Table prefixes is basically a hack for users on cheap web hosting that do not have access to create a separate database for each thing they want to install, and should only be used as a last resort.

Alright. Your call. But it renders the module unusable for cheap legacy sites...to bad.
