Archers "clinging" during training

Archers can "cling" to each other when they training with a same archery target. A skill progress stops during this "dance". Build 2023-09-20 2dfc6-dirty (steam). Ubuntu 22.04.3.

This has been a long-standing issue. I've found it's best to have one use-point per target, have such points at least three tiles apart, and physically separate them (walls and lockable door are ideal).
