consider moving added retired keepers to their own "villain" category

having extra villain category for keepers and excluding them from win conditions would be welcomed.

Why?

we do have lesser villain and main villain.

Adding more keepers are taking from that 20 hardcoded limit and also which is more important. When you add not the right retired keeper he might wall some minions, do not have throne , you dont have audience, maybe he has some invulnerable / invisible minion.. etc. So if you dont defeat keepers , you can still win the game
