Please add support for Madokami (https://manga.madokami.al/).

This is a private website (login required, but registration is open), I can provide example pages if needed.

I've added some basic support for manga folders: https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl/commit/156128481587ffcd8bd8a7e2bdc782a9793af090

The chapter/volume regex definitely needs improvements, but I'm not exactly sure how to behave like it should. maybe doing the parsing "by hand" would be better / more reliable.

edit: Using re.search instead of re.match and using two separate patterns fixes the issue.

Just use the folder URL as input for gallery-dl:

$ gallery-dl https://manga.madokami.al/Manga/K/K_/K___/K%20-%20Memory%20of%20Red

Using this, Its downloading everything in that folder not just what mentioned there, is there way to download only what i want
