[twitter] no access with "--cookies-from-browser chromium"?

Since --username --password seems to cause problems when scraping and twitter bans me all the time, I wanted to try whether using cookies from a logged in browser works better. I think it doesn't work at all?

I'm logged in into twitter in chromium. I'm running gallery-dl with --cookies-from-browser chromium. I see this:

[cookies][info] Extracted 10 cookies from Chromium

But then it just returns without actually accessing or downloading anything.

Sometimes I also get this after the line above:

[twitter][error] AuthorizationError: Login required

I don't know why or under which circumstances that one happens.

Am I missing something or does it just not work?

Damn, I hate twitter so much...
