Latest action executables are expired

Since Twitter is enforcing the domain to x.com, cookies were not working for the downloader anymore.

I noticed it has been fixed in this action https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl/actions/runs/9134192029 However, the built executables are expired.

They are now available at https://github.com/gdl-org/builds/releases The README hasn't been updated accordingly yet.

actually, the cookies still work, you just gotta rename .x.com to .twitter.com. its stupid, but it works.
