Add support to Moar Cachapas!

As per the title, please add support to https://moar.cachapa.xyz/ which seems to be an instance of misskey.

Not needed when you can force the use of misskey's extractor like so: gallery-dl misskey:https://moar.cachapa.xyz/@HANDLEHERE

For reference, is this something that can be used with any supported website with instances?
