While downloading twitter pictures, rate limit appears

As shown in the picture below, when I downloaded several pictures, the reminder "[twitter][info] Waiting until 16:36:32 for rate limit reset." appeared, which I have never encountered before. Is there something wrong with my config settings?

Well, since you've never encountered it before, it can't be due to your config settings I'd think. Probably some changes on Twitter's end that reduced rate limits yet again.

this and it does not download everything from the account, there's one account that have 4k media posts, but when i use gallery-dl it only download up to 500 files

It is quite same.I have been downloaded without any rate limit until today.I scraped nearly 20000 files two days ago. But I do not know the reason why could this happen...

Does anyone know if with X Premium this limit is increased?

Don't know for sure (or if this is still true as of now), but I've heard claims that API restrictions are indeed different for premium verified accounts.
