[Feature request] Mangaworld ITA support

Mangaworld and its twin site MangaworldAdult are the 2 main archives of manga in Italian. Every manga has a URL with all the chapters linked, just like MangaDex. The two sites are exactly the same as frontend and structure: the only things that is different is the kind of content (SFW vs NSFW).
