[readcomiconline] Not getting 'resolve captcha' prompt

I'm currently getting stuck on captchas when trying to extract anything from readcomiconline.li I tried clearing my cache, as well as setting the config file to "captcha: "wait", but the program doesn't prompt me to resolve the captcha.

The captcha option for readcomiconline is from a time when kissmanga still existed and the site had its own simplistic captcha solution, which has since been replaced by Cloudflare.

It's no surprise this option does not work anymore and should honestly just be removed.
