ESP32 with 32bitdepth not working

I just set SAMPLE_SIZE_IN_BITS to 32, then it raised an exception, OSError: (-258, 'ESP_ERR_INVALID_ARG'), how to solve this?

Board: ESP-WROOM-32 MicroPython: MicroPython v1.19.1 on 2022-06-18; ESP32 module with ESP32
