preserve executionRoleArn property in task definition

In order to use secrets in task definitions you need to specify the execution role arn. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/developerguide/specifying-sensitive-data.html This PR preserves executionRoleArn which previously did not work.
