Type declarations for TypeScript

I would like to request type declarations for TypeScript. Easiest way is to probably just convert this package to TypeScript, and use the existing @types/express package for the express framework itself.

If you want I could probably whip up a PR for this.

@mekwall, thanks for taking the time to submit a proposal.

Don't worry I'll do it, no need to do a PR at this point, a cleaner/simpler version is coming very soon.
