Hi, I found that JUNCTION data has been chosen instead of CDR3_IMGT while converting process. Is there reason why you did this? Thanks

Hello,

  • The junction contains the first and last conserved residues (typically Cys and Phe/Trp). In some cases (e.g. B-cell receptors) corresponding nucleotides can be mutated and one would like to have them for consistency.
  • For historical reasons / compatibility with other software :)
