Using plotfancyspectratype with seq data

Hi. I would like to use this function with a dataset That is not a vdj one. I have longer aa sequences and read prop, read count and sample info. I basically need to get a table like output.fancyspectra.txt. But vdjtools doesn't like my data format. Is there a way around? This functionality might be useful for making your tool more versatile
