Document is old (mismatch the way of installlation)

Hello, During I tried to install VJDtools, I found that documentation is too old to try to install.

https://vdjtools-doc.readthedocs.io/en/master/install.html

It should say about using gradle, but it still let us know about maven, which is not working for this source tree.

It would better to be fixed.
