Non UMI Sequencing

Hi,

Great tool!

We have Single Cell TCR, and BCR reads sequenced from sorted cells and we use a set of in-house barcodes to identify the wells. We don't have any UMI. Do you have any advice regarding how to adapt the demultiplexing pipeline?
