Feature/add game view support

Implemented Game support in Logo, Shift and MyFlix views. Also added new game studio icons option and settings. Game support based on:

  • Retroplayer (Kodi)
  • Advanced Launcher
  • Advanced Emulator Launcher
  • Advanced Kodi Launcher

Added texture packer tool as git submodule and automated build support based on Github/Azure devops pipelines. Applying versioning following Semver and Gitversion. Added automated deployment to different repositories.
