I am having this same issue, except that my images are trying to be loaded from this: /AppName/cassette.axd/asset/Stylesheets/cassette.axd/file/Stylesheets/images/image-0160a106e2dfc13a1abf2be571b7ee0b750a291e.png Two sets of cassette prefixes AND the app name are showing up....

I double checked all content with beyond compare at the commit @arapoport mentioned and it is indeed the 2.0.5 content. The /tests directory is missing though.
