Need babel-plugin since stack-introspection will fail when babel-reorganizes code

We should be able to advise users of transpilers to give the babel-plugin their input, and, as long as all minter requests are formulaic, and the package.json allows a well-known grant, it will generate code that blesses them in-situ.
