Solution where memory usage isn't an issue

@hidny has come up with a solution where memory usage isn't the limitation. It also appears faster. You can find my implementation in https://gitlab.com/dzamlo/polycubes2

Unfortunaly, I cannot make a pull request because my laptop died.
