Remove empty object-groups

For some reason I had a running-configuration with several empty object-groups, both services and networks. They look like this:

object-group service DM_INLINE_SERVICE_2
object-group service DM_INLINE_SERVICE_3
object-group service DM_INLINE_SERVICE_4
object-group service DM_INLINE_SERVICE_5
object-group service DM_INLINE_SERVICE_6

It would be nice if these would be caught the same way as unused object-groups.
