this is somewhat my idea to solve the feature/issue: https://github.com/mikepenz/release-changelog-builder-action/issues/1337

But I sadly can't make it work yet, as I'm not to familiar with typescript. I hope this might be any help to you.

I also found some grammar issues which I fixed ;-)
