Enhancement: Add support for SourceLink

It might be useful to add support for .NET Foundation SourceLink as other libraries do (example: https://aspnetboilerplate.com/Pages/Documents/Debugging). In this way, it will be possible to download RepoDB source on demand while debugging = set breakpoints inside RepoDB source code, step into/over RepoDB code, submit issue report with further details, etc.

This enhancement would allow to debug/troubleshoot issues and unexpected behaviours in a very easy&immediate way. ;-)

@nandaccio - we are looking into this request. We are targeting to have this request be a part of the next major release. The next major release comes with the maturation of the PostgreSQL Bulk Operations and the Overall Refactoring of the Tracing implementations. Timeline wise, 1st quarter of 2022.
