Quest Blob Transparency

Obviously this isn't a huge problem, but when I try to change the quest blob transparency, nothing changes. It stays pretty opaque, so it's really difficult to see quests and gathering locations underneath. I LOVE the quest blobs, I just wish the opacity would change.
