[Feature Request] Apprise-API Integration

First, thank-you for such an awesome tool. I can tell you how many hours I've spent stripping metadata, but I am sure you have done the same, hence the image!

Right now you have email integration enabled, I was hoping for the ability to leverage the apprise-api so I could send telegram notifications. Rather than asking for one-off services, I figured this one-stop shop of 65+ services might be worth the effort.
