Yes I think that most recent one looks right -- one change is I would like to use `.yaml` instead of `.yml`
It is a jax thing, (which makes it a pymbar thing). There have been some issues opened on the pymbar repo that indicate this is an issue with the jax...
With `pymbar=4.2.0` you can set `PYMBAR_DISABLE_JAX=TRUE` to turn off the JAX acceleration without having to edit files manually.
