References are not currently hyperlinked and potential solution

I notice that there is a known issue that references are not hyperlinked. For a temporary solution, you can set cite-method to natbib.

Thank you! I'm going to leave this issue open, in case anyone else using the template is interested in this as a workaround. My concern with natbib is that it means the rendered TeX isn't "self-contained", as it were, which means users still need to generate a .bbl before they can upload their TeX to arxiv.
