I've now tested this PR on all currently available models SEN50, SEN54, SEN55 and SEN66 using ESP32-S3 hardware.
@washley Thanks for testing the PR! Hopefully they will merge it soon. I've been running three SEN66 sensors around my house and plan to add more.
Verified changes from merged PR #9894. Tested successfully. Documentation PR esphome/esphome-docs#5041 was also updated to new format. Still ready to go!
