"Insert" PC key is interpreted as "Help" in hotkeys

I'm trying to redefine keypad Insert on an extern PC keyboard to select files. I'm setting up Karabiner Elements to send Insert instead of keypad_0.

Then, when I press a key in NC hotkey settings for "Select and move down", a "Help" key is recorded; Insert does not do anything.
