Don't spam overlapped terminal when changing directories

Each time a directory in a panel is changed, a new line is added to overlapped terminal. It does more harm by adding noise than good by tracking panel history.

I suggest erasing last terminal line if the last terminal line was added because of directory change. If it was added by a command, sure, do not erase it.
