Disable pan for only one side

I would like to allow pan to pull menu on the left side, but avoid it on the right side. I found a solution at https://github.com/mikefrederick/MFSideMenu/issues/57 but I'm wondering if theres any way of doing this without chancing MFSideMenu files? Maybe you could add new options to pan enum?

this is really needed. If you want the use the right to left swipe of a tableview it's working really hard because of the right side pan
