I guess a change in composer.json aren't sufficient as there are some dependencies which would also require a bump.

@Wulfheart this will be addressed in the upcoming 2.0 release. While I don’t have an exact date, it is very close (need to tighten up a few things)

Almost ready with v2 and has been completely rewritten in JavaScript (thus will require Node.js) currently requires Node v12 or greater.
