A new stable version needed!

The "latest: 0.4.5" depends on "nomnom", which depends on a specific version of "underscore". At this version, "underscore" has a high severity vulnerability: https://npmjs.com/advisories/1674 A new stable version will make po2json depend on "commander" instead of "nomnom".
