Custom Feeds

Since we didn't have a good open issue on this, I'm opening this.

The idea is that users can define feeds with a complex mix of content.

Here is an old Mar 2023 way of doing this (in part). This doesn't include newer things like global-feed, relay-feed, or things like following hashtags or DVM outputs..... but it is a brainstorming input.
