how to remove faces unique edges from a mesh ?

i want to use the trimesh collision between object surface, i am getting the results that i want but i am also getting collision between objects surfaces that are in collision just in the unique edges, how can i remove the faces unique edges, so i dont get that collision like the collision between the cylinder and the two surface planes
