Your Build Target doesn't understand the Glass classes. You need to change the launchy Build Target to Google Glass Development Preview. Right click the launchy project > Properties > Android > Select "Google Glass Development Preview" then hit apply.

If you don't have the option to select Google Glass Development Preview, you will need to run SDK Manager and install it currently under Kit Kat 4.4.2 API 19
