[WIP] Added option to append the calendar to an element

I had to create my modal wrapper to to add some other controls to the modal so I added an option to append the modal to a different node than the body

If you like this I will complete the PR:

  • I would also like to keep it inline but remove the top/left style (I can override with css)
  • I need to document the new option
