importing JPGEncoder

I am making a fla file to capture image from web camera and saving it. I've downloaded the corelib and now i've written a code but am getting an error unable to identify the location of com.adobe.JPGEncoder. I've copied JPGEncoder form corelib3 folder to the folder where my fla file is stored. So can you please help me about the problem?
