discard_changes_before for export to csv

Hi,

html_report has discard_changes_before as a functionality in order to discard status changes of work items that have gone back and forward again.

Is there a similar functionality for exporting to csv?

I mean this construct: https://github.com/mikebowler/jirametrics/wiki/Common-configuration#file-section
