Swift 3 support

Swift 3 support would be great!

Can't do it by myself, stuck on now unsupported mach_vm_read_overwrite

@vvghost1 Have you tried to port this to Swift 3 yourself? seems easy. If I have sometime this weekend ill do it myself and post a PR. But it's @mikeash hehe who knows if he'll accept!.

Rather than port it, I ended up just writing a whole new version from scratch: https://github.com/mikeash/memorydumper2
