Wrap lines to the page guide

This extension previously wrapped lines to 80 characters without counting the length of the leading spaces and comment character(s). This could leave lines longer than 80 characters after wrapping, in breach of the page guide.

(I am invoking the extension via key binding, it's just not doing anything since the line is <= 80 characters when ignoring the leading area.)
