No response on new laptop even when incorrectly speling the printer name

I successfully developed this on my PC. I was able to print from my PC and another PC on the same network. When I put the entire ap using xampp on a laptop with Windows 10 newly installed and on the same network there is no response or even errors being thrown from escpos-php.

I can see the printer in \localhost in Explorer and I can successfully print using this command

echo "Hello World" > testfile
print /D:"\\%COMPUTERNAME%\Receipt Printer" testfile
del testfile

If I completely break the name of the printer in the app it act exactly the same, no print, no errors.

I am on day 4 here and pulling my hair out.

BTW I tried this also on a brand new Windows 11 laptop but the same. No errors no print no indication what is going on.
