How make a connection with BIXOLON SRP-F312 printer

Hi! I have an issue, I wanna use a Bixolon srp-f312 printer but I get this error "Uncaught Exception : Fail to print. Command " net use ".(...). How can I connect this printer? Somebody could help me?
