Any way to connect a Chinese printer without IP to print from web hosting?

I have a Bluetooth USB printer which I bought from China, it works for me to print from local host, but when I want to use the project from web host, it doesn't work. I can't use NetworkPrintConnector class because my printer is not ip. How can I use the printer with the plugin?
